Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. The order cutoff is Weekdays 5 PM Pacific Time. Orders submitted after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Available tracking information is sent to the contact details supplied at checkout. Carrier events, severe weather, address issues, and events outside our control can affect an estimate.

Delayed, damaged or missing deliveries
